Services Provided

ReconCash provides independent vehicle inspection and arbitration claim management services to licensed automotive dealers. We are not affiliated with any auction house and do not represent the seller’s interests. Services may vary by territory.

Dealer Responsibilities

Dealers are responsible for:

• Promptly notifying ReconCash of vehicle purchases
• Providing access to vehicles for inspection
• Adhering to auction deadlines for arbitration submissions
• Reviewing any communications or required documentation sent by ReconCash

Payment Terms

ReconCash offers two pricing models:

• A flat per-inspection fee
• A revenue share model based on successful claim outcomes

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in a suspension of services.

No Guarantee of Outcome

While we aim to maximize recoveries, ReconCash does not guarantee any specific outcome, refund, or success rate for submitted arbitration claims. Outcomes are determined by the auction or selling party.

Licensing and Territories

ReconCash operates through independently licensed territory owners. These licensees are authorized to operate under the InspectExpect and ReconCash brand but are independently responsible for local hiring, service delivery, and compliance with applicable laws. ReconCash does not guarantee any specific outcome, number of inspections, revenues, success rate for submitted arbitration claims. Licensed Territory owners are responsible for maintaining the auto dealers located within their territory.

Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, processes, and systems provided by or displayed on this site are the property of InspectExpect, LLC. Reuse or reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

ReconCash, its parent company InspectExpect, LLC, and all affiliated territory owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to business losses, physical damages, or missed resale opportunities.

Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

SMS Consent

By providing your mobile phone number on our website or through any ReconCash form or service request, you give your explicit consent for ReconCash to send you SMS messages related to account verification, service notifications, payment reminders, and support updates. Promotional or marketing SMS messages will only be sent if you provide a clear, affirmative opt-in.

Your phone number will be shared only with our authorized SMS service provider for the purpose of delivering these messages and will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to any other third parties.
